Need to Return Something? No Worries.

We understand that sometimes, things just don’t work out - and that’s okay.

If you wish to return an item purchased from The Haute Archive, you may do so in exchange for web-store credit, provided your return meets the criteria below. Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time.

Return Eligibility

To initiate a return:

1. Notify us immediately upon receiving your item (as confirmed by courier delivery timestamp).

2. Clearly state your reason for return and provide any supporting details or images if applicable.

3. The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery (as documented by courier).

4. Your item must be:

   • Unused and unworn

   • In its original packaging

   • With all protective stickers, plastic wraps, tags, and inserts fully intact and untampered.

Important Notes

• Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be eligible for store credit.

• We are unable to accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage or packaging that has been compromised.
